The Packages for Wedding and Events

This package is the most expensive, offering end-to-end management from the initial vision to post-wedding/post-event wrap-up, ideal for couples/client(s) who are very bust or planning a destination wedding/event. I will act as the main point of contact for nearly all aspects.

This package suits couples or event hosts who have who have started planning or want a hands-on role in specific areas but need but need professional assistance and guidance for the remaining details. It offers a blend of DIY and expert help.

This package is purely for the exercution and logistics management closer to the event date. The couple/event host does all of the planning, and the coordinator steps in during the final weeks to ensure everything runs smoothly.

This is a primary feature, including booking the venue, negotiating group room rates at resorts or hotels, arranging airport transfers, and other guest transportation. The planner often acts as the travel specialist liaison for the resort.
Planners vet and manage local vendors at the destination (photographres, florists, entertainment, caterers, etc.), which is crucial for navigating language barriers and unfamiliar markets. They ensure all contracts and payments are handled correctly.
A crucial and often complex part of a destination package is managing the legal requirements for marriage in a foreign country. The planner insures all necessary paperwork (passports, birth certificates, marriage license, etc) is in order, complete with notarized translations if needed.
To ensure a memorable experience, planners handle guest communications (often via a custom wedding website), track RSVPs, manage welcome bag assembly and delivery, and plan optimal group excursions or activities.
A full team typically travels to the destination (often arriving early) to oversee all aspects of the set-up, manage the event flow, coordinate all vendors, and handle last minute issues, ensuring a stress-free experience for the couple/event host.
