This package is purely for the exercution and logistics management closer to the event date. The couple/event host does all of the planning, and the coordinator steps in during the final weeks to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Full-Service Planning
- BUDGET MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING:
- Creation of a master budget, tracking payments, and handling payments.
- VENDOR MANAGEMENT:
- Researching, vetting, negotiating and booking all vendors (caterer, photographe, florist, entertainment, transportation, etc), and reviewing all contracts.
- COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN AND STYLING:
- Developing a cohesive theme, including color schemes, decor elements, floor plans, and outracing unique items.
- LOGISTICS AND GUEST EXPERIENCE:
- Managing guest lists, tracking RSVPs, coordinating accommodations, transportation, and planning related events (like rehearsa dinners or a welcome party).
- TIMELINE AND GUEST EXPERIENCE:
- Creating a detailed planning checklist and minute-by-minute wedding/event day itinerary, ensuring all deadline’s are met.

- Providing a list of vetted vendors and potentially attending a set number of key vendor meeting with the couple/event host(s).

- Help with particular tasks where the couple/event host feels overwhelmed, such as design, budget tracking, or contract review.
- MONTHLY CHECK-INS:
- Scheduled meetings to ensure the couple/event host is on track with their planning process.
- MONTH-OF COORDINATION ELEMENTS:
- Typically includes all “Day-Of” services, starting 1 to 3 months before the wedding/event to consolidate details and create a master timeline.

LOGISTICS AND TRAVEL COORDINATION:
This is a primary feature, including booking the venue, negotiating group room rates at resorts or hotels, arranging airport transfers, and other guest transportation. The planner often acts as the travel specialist liaison for the resort.
VENDOR SOURCING AND MANAGEMENT (LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL):
Planners vet and manage local vendors at the destination (photographres, florists, entertainment, caterers, etc.), which is crucial for navigating language barriers and unfamiliar markets. They ensure all contracts and payments are handled correctly.
LEGAL AND DOCUMENTATION:
A crucial and often complex part of a destination package is managing the legal requirements for marriage in a foreign country. The planner insures all necessary paperwork (passports, birth certificates, marriage license, etc) is in order, complete with notarized translations if needed.
GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT:
To ensure a memorable experience, planners handle guest communications (often via a custom wedding website), track RSVPs, manage welcome bag assembly and delivery, and plan optimal group excursions or activities.
